’’99 SL2 cluster problem

Hi guys,
My ''99 SL2 cluster make a funny wiggeling thing. When I''m going with
the car, the parking brake light lite up and the rpm and speedo needles
wiggle then go to zero for a second and then go back to normal.
Need some help please
