Hi,

i have a 98 saturn sl2 dohc that I installed a criuse control out of a 98 saturn sl2 and I installed the pcm so the cruise control would work but it created a code
p1695 that is looking for the keyless entry but this car does not have it so how to I get the computer programed so it knows that this is not have keyless entry?

If you can find a dealerships service department that is willing or even knows how reprogram, just take it there. Actually, I'd put the factory PCM back in and have them program in the cruise control.
