It's not dying anymore? That's awesome. Well done by everyone. Another Saturn back on the road!

She is not dying anymore - I had a bad brake booster that was causing a high idle at initial startup - and I had the ground splice pack that was super corroded. Both things are now fixed.

This particular story was a real adventure--from discussing the original symptoms, to working through the possibilities, testing out the theories and applying solutions, and discovering new clues in the process. And then executing the ultimate repair successfully! In the end you actually fixed multiple problems, and gained new knowledge and experience along the way.

It is such a satisfying and glorious feeling to accomplish these kinds of repairs, and to enjoy the result: driving one of these machines as they were intended. And it leaves you with the encouragement to continue performing other repairs and maintenance. Simply outstanding.
