Anyone heard of this before. My car will drive great for awhile and then once it has heated up and I am starting and stopping alot my SES light comes on and my transmission dosen't like to change gears anymore it drops into first and stays there. I turn my car off let it cool down for a minute and it works fine again until it heats up.

Anyone have this problem or know what I can do to fix it?

Very common problem with Saturn automatics. Usually caused by neglect. You'll most likely need a new valvebody. To lenghten the life of our automatics, I change the fluid and filter along with every other oil change. And every other tranny fluid change I do a system flush. I've also added an external tranny fluid cooler. Heat and dirty fluid kills these transmissions.
