Default 1996 SL1- idle pulley help!!

I know that the top idle pulley on my SL1 is shot because it makes a high screeching sound when running but I can't get to it to replace it. At first I thought it was the tention pulley but I pulled it and found that the bearing was fine.

I don't have a loyt of experience with cars so I'm not sure how to replace this part. I removed the top motor mount but I still couldn't get to the bolt. Maybe I just don't have the right tool?? Do I have to jack up the motor?? please help

yes -- support engine from beneath with wood between a floor jack and the engine, and with the TAM removed, raise the engine enough to get clearance to get a socket on the bolt. U-joint on your ratchet between socket and ratchet could also come in handy
