if your sure your engine was well maintained from day 1 as far as oil & filter changes done on time preventing sludge air filters & fuel filters changed on time etc..and you used a quality fuel that kind off stuff ? all i can suggest and personally have done myself is too use a can of the BG 44k wich is a very strong concentrated liquid you pour in a full tank of gas and simply drive the car it will beleive it or not clean your 02 sensores and even a catalytic converter out SAFELY with no harm to anything else ! so its just something to think about?

where you are in usa i dont think just any auto parts place will carry that bg 44k since its more of a in shop/garage type use you could try napa or phone around but i have used it in my own saturn and it really does work and perform awsome....!!! at cleaning injectores and intake valves very well its the only one where you can really feell and hear it working in any car..! after about 15 minutes of driving away really!!
