That appears to be the same model hoist that I have. Is that a Forward brand hoist? Is so they work quite well. I have had mine 20 years.

 

Not sure, it's an older one though. I talked w/a guy who sells parts for lifts it's branded as a GPO-12 and the good news is the pump still has SAE fasteners!!! He told me these were probably made in Texas!! As an old dude I love it ALL the stuff in my hangar is Vintage.........I strive to keep all that Chi-com Sh*t outta my life! LOL!!
