I recently picked up a 00 SL2 in need of a new motor and put in a motor out of a 2002 with 85k on it.Over all the engine seems to run great but it keeps pulling a 410 code for Secondary Air, Any ideas of what I should do to resolve this. One in a while the car wants to idle at 1,500 and if i shut it off and restart it the idle goes back to normal. Is this problem related?

Check for carbon build up on the back side of the exhaust manifold flange. Specifically where the air pump line attaches to the manifold flange.
