Default AC outlook

I have a 2009 Saturn outlook. I have replaced the compressor and cleaned the system. Put a vacuum on it and when I tried to charge it took the free on but the compressor will only cycle for a short few seconds. My high side on my gauge doesn’t move but my low side hit 90 lbs the ambient temp outside is 100 degrees. Just trying to figure out what my next step should be.

How much freon did it take? Did you replace the accumulator also. Did you add the correct amount of oil to the system? There may be a plugged orifice tube hidden in the system, I always replace those every time I open the system.
