Have a 2002 L300 v6. It will start in second turn of the key. Codes read from my Launch x-431 pro tell me the codes are P1516 Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) Module Throttle Actuator Position
Performance and P1526 Minimum Throttle Position Not Learned. Had the Ecm tested and was failing so i got a reman from Flagship one(heve used before with no issues) and installed it. Almost all of my dtc's vanished except for these two which leaves the car in reduced power mode. I have taken continuity and voltage readings from the TB connector, both hooked up and dissconnected. Nothing changes. Some help if you can. Thank you.

 

I have a 2002 Factory Service Manual set. I drive a 2002 LW300. These are the diagnostic pages for those two codes. Looks like it might just need a relearn.

 

I have used my scan tool to do a relearn. I am more than willing to give this a try. I am new to engaging in a forum tho i have used the wisdom shared here many times. Have traced every wire through the underhood fuse box up to and including the J1 and J2 connectors on the ECM and all have continuity. Thank you for your input.. Will update you as i progress thru this.
