Default Water pump day on the L200

I replaced my waterpump today and I wanted to review the $15.95 chain holding tool from Amazon. The tool works great, easy to use and held the balance shaft chain in place. I also replaced the thermostat since I had the fans on high with the open thermostat code. The problem wth the thermostat was the rubber seal was torn letting coolant flow with the thermostat closed. I will finish assembly tomorrow and be back in business with no more cooling system issues.

Excellent, sir.

I have the original 22 and 20 thermostats in my SC2s. If it don't seem broken, I'm not fixing it.
Do need to retiime that engine (exhaust cam out of time) No change in driveability but vibrtes like a motel bed at idle with the combustion happening out of sync at all

They always run better with the cams in time.
