Default Help: L100 Repair Campaign 03C06? (Edited)

I have 2002 L100 2.2L. The local Saturn dealer left this sticker showing a (recall?) service was completed. Can anyone tell me what exactly 03C06 was that they fixed? The car only has 17K miles. I know there was a timing chain/guides issue with 01, and possibly 02, 2.2L models...so could this be that repair? Any help greatly appreciated as all service records are lost.

The code is 03C06
Not
What you listed above.
I took the liberty of revising the poster title.

Description as follows.

The 03C06 campaign for Saturn vehicles is a recall campaign by General Motors (GM) related to potential issues with the ignition control module in certain Saturn models.
Here's a breakdown of the campaign's details:
  • Affected Models: 2000, 2001, 2002, and certain 2003 Saturn L-Series vehicles equipped with 4-cylinder 2.2L (L61) engines are included in the recall.
  • The Problem: Issues with the ignition control module can lead to engine problems such as rough idling, reduced power, difficulty starting, and potentially illuminating the "Service Engine Soon" light. This could cause further damage to components like the catalytic converter or oxygen sensors. Additionally, failure of the exhaust resonator could result in increased exhaust noise, and prolonged issues might lead to a fire.
  • The Fix: Dealers will perform one of several repairs at no cost to the owner, which may include replacing the ignition control module, replacing the ignition control module and spark plugs, or replacing those parts and updating the Powertrain Control Module calibration.
  • Timeline and Contact: Owners were notified starting August 4, 2003. Owners can contact Saturn or the NHTSA for more information.
  • Recall Numbers: The GM recall number is 03033, the Saturn recall number is 03-C-06, and the NHTSA recall number is 03V-231.

Thank you! That makes 100% sense, it's a 'C' not a '6'. I have a plain black (replacement) ignition module, not the factory unit with a logo plate.
