Are both new? Both junkyard? Both replaced at the same time?

My question is did you try one and then install the other? I had this problem and found that I rushed the procedure and just needed to give the process more time. The instructions I received didn't state the actual time to wait so I had to call the company where I bought the unit from and get more info. I will try and find the exact final instructions they sent that worked and I will post them. Hopefully I can locate them.

The original thread starter never returned with a resolution. This thread is 4 years old with no response. I must have been away working a fire or I would have taken this.
