window goes up halfway makes loud noise have to help it up, Is it the motor or is their a pc that may have broke off, thanks

Sounds like the window regulator has got a problem. Easist to go to a local wrecking yard, and get a used oneto replace the bad one in your 94 SL1. Or if you prefer, go to the dealership and buy a new unit.

When searching for a replacement, only 1991-1995 sedan and wagon regulators will fit.
