i have a problem with the powersteering. good fluid level..no air in system..i think it is a bad rack..anypointers?

Have you looked into having your powersteering pump checked out?

replaced it..p/s pump shaft snaped

they are knew for the gear boxs/racks going bad...i have mine regularly flushed..
