Single turbo

Sorry didn't mean to put the s it's gonna be a single. But I've looked everywhere for information this thread or forum is the most information I've gotten in awhile on this subject I've posted it on ever saturn forum I could find and found others threads asking similar questions but with no success. So I figured to just make sure I could properly tune the car for extra fuel and everything I'd just go standalone. Cause trifecta doesn't seem promising to me idk why but I don't think spending the money on what every they send me will help cause what if the ecm or ecu they send isn't able to be tuned by another company or some weird stuff like that. I do alot of research and look around alot and yall have been the most helpful so far, I've messaged multiple places today alone just to get answers to questions and basically what alot of people keep telling me is to run a standalone on the car so that's kinda what I'm leaning towards

For 400 no you're gonna have to use aem fic4 or megasquirt. That point it will be all standalone. Unless you swap the harness, motor, and bcm from an 07. 07 has a different reluctor wheel, so not plug and play. Can always piggyback with an hpt compatible pcm as well. Considered that for my build.

Can forge the bottom end for around 1k. Get an s257 kit from zzp and you'll be at your goal.
