I know the 04 will fit. Pretty sure they are all interchangeable though.

Haven't pulled a wheel in a long time. How hard are they to pull off?

If they are compatible, how much and would air bag be included?

Pulling a steering wheel isn't that difficult if you have a steering wheel puller. If not, then you're going to need one. Maybe ten bucks at your local autoparts store.
