Default Saturn Ion 2 - cannot change headlight bulb

Hi folks. I'm hoping someone might have some suggestions. My headlight on the driver's side went out a couple days ago. It SHOULD be an easy fix. Except the pins to release the headlight so I can access it are frozen solid. I've been spraying WD-40 on them a few times a day for a couple days but they won't budge. Outside of replacing the entire headlight assembly, which seems a little ridiculous for one $5 part, is there anything else I can do to replace this bulb?

(Of course, the ones on the PASSENGER side, that has a working light, move just fine.)

Use a penetrating oil and keep working the pins... I worked on a 2006 ION that had this issue... use vice grips and keep working the pin... once it does come out, use a file (or edge of cinder block or whatever) and remove all the corrosion and lube the pins when you put them back in...
