I have a 2003 Ion the right front signal does not flash. I the socket is new the bulb is new I checked the ground it seems to be ok . Anything else I can look at

 

Its not uncommon for the actual lever to go bad. But I would think that could affect both front and back.


Let me look to see if there is a fuse for the directionals.


EDIT: No fuse. Just the wires going to the fuse box. Interesting how this is most common in 03s and 04s though.
Seems to be people had to adjust the connecting pins for it to work, after replacing the socket and bulb.

 

I have bent the tabs in the socket the ground seems to b good

 

You bent the tabs? That could be the problem...
