Default Random chimes

How can I find out what the chimes mean? I get random chimes from time to time. I know what the one for not having my seat belt on sounds like, and it's not that one, which dings in second increments about 7 times. After the engine starts, about a second or two after the seat belt chimes stop, there are another 4 chimes that ding about 3 times as fast. If I have my seat belt on, it still does the 4 quick chimes at about the same time. I tried latching the passenger seat belt, but it changed nothing. The engine light doesn't turn on from the 4 chimes. Can anyone here tell me what this means? IIRC, I think it does it again or a few times at random while driving. Could it be telling me the passenger side airbag is disarmed or off since no one is seated there?

Thanks

Sounds like something that would be explained in the owner's manual. Try there first.

SWAG: parking brake engaged while driving? Or while it thinks it's on while driving.

Just figured out it's from no one being in the passenger seat and the airbag not being armed/active/ready. When I sit in the passenger seat, clear the code, and then start the engine, the 4 dings no longer sound off, and the code doesn't pop up when I scan. Also, the dash switches from "off" to "on" like it's supposed, so good to know it's working. I'm not sure why it pops up as a DTC just because no one is in the seat? 🤔 The weird thing is that when I reposition my leg a little, like lift it very slightly, it disarms the passenger side airbag. I'm talking extremely slightly as if my butt being in the seat is not enough to keep it armed. Relaxing my legs or extending them out under the glove box will keep it on, but sometimes, when I bend my knees, scooting my feet back towards the seat, it turns it off. Seems poorly designed as far as detection. I don't know
Edit: Also, the owners manual doesn't mention the 4 chimes, or at least I didn't see it

Edit: what code?

Personally, I find it much more difficult to assist people who don't include all of the relevant information in their posts. Yes people forget stuff in the first post, but if you expect us to help solve mysteries, please give us all the relevant information.

Basically it's annoying as **** .

I know it's not on purpose, but it is still annoying as ****.

I could have sworn I mentioned the code B0092 ( passenger present system 1 presents) at some point in this thread. I checked my other threads I started and I don't see anything. I specifically remember someone suggesting I check the connections at the wiring harness for moisture or something like that. Must've been a whole different forum or something lol

You originally posted about the code B0092 in Post#19 of your thread on transmission fluid change and a broken drain plug.

Ha what?

No one goes looking for your other posts which are unrelated to this. I certainly don't. And I sure don't try to remember.

So you posted a picture of an ECM issue a BCM issue and a restraint system issue.

What are the codes for each of those?

Please post all the codes.

Last time I say please.
