Hi I recently bought in 2006 Saturn Ion and I'm presently working on it with my phone. He has given me the task of finding where to locate in orifice tube on the 2006 ion can anyone help?

 

Watch this video. You can fast forward it to about the 4 minute mark and watch from there. He shows where the orfice tube is on this Mustang. I KNOW your car is a Saturn, but I'm pretty sure that yours will be located in the same line. Andy may pop on and verify or deny, IDK. But anyway, watch the video.

 

I thought I posted last night. My Saturn does not have an orifice tube. It uses a block at the firewall to control flow rates and a variable flow compressor. I suspect the Ion is the same as the L series. Napa does not list an orifice tube for an Ion.
