In your picture the cams are at #1 tdc, the lobes are up on both cams. Reread the tsb because didn’t it say to set #1 at tdc and look at the intake. Then #4 at tdc to check the exhaust? Maybe I breezed through it too fast. Rough day for me, wrecked the Lincoln today. One more project I didn’t need!
