Default Cant find where this ground wire goes!!!

So i have a 2003 ION 2.2 5spd i cant figure out where this ground wire goes its on the end of the intake cam next to what looks like an evap solenoid. I cant find where this wire bolts to as everything in its reach seems to not fit. The wire is kinda brittle but its a braided wire i plan to replace it but i cant figure out where it goes or if i can put a longer wire on and bolt it straight to the body and call it a day. Just did a head gasket and its been a while since i took this thing apart. Any help would be nice and if you need pics let me know!

If I remember correctly it's bolted down in the galley next to the #4 coil pack and then there's a bracket at the end of the block kinda near the exhaust cam

On an L200 it is the ground for the valve cover to the head.
