I have 2 cooper zeon on the car now (don't remember which ones), but its hard to say if I like em seeing as how little life is left in em.
I was comparing prices on tire rack.
The Pilot Super Sports were also an option. Im checking to see if I have anyone local that works at a tire shop that can get me a discount.
The Hankook v12 evo k110 was also in my top 5.
Really just a matter of what I can get the best deal on at this point between the few. Summer is right around the corner, and so is my tune. So I want to be able to have some traction.

In my mega ultra limited tire purchasing experience, unless your local dealer is nice and cozy with the wholesaler or factory he buys from, generally he will not be anywhere near tire rack and such on price due to the volume of tires tire rack purchases and moves. I put some Hankooks on my s cars recently. Tire rack including mail in rebate, $80/a tire. Best price from local hankook dealer: $120. I'm sure it varies by brand but I believe the end of the journey is the same

In the case of my Redline, getting the coopers online equates to a savings of about $7 a tire, mounted... But in the case of my wife's Cruze, it is the same price to get Mastercraft tires mounted(from the dealer) as it is to get Coopers sent here and then mounted...

Im giving in and ordering the Cooper Zeons RS3-A.
They are on sale, buy 2 get 2 free.
I cant say no for $250. And my buddy owns a shop, so I can probably get them mounted and balanced for almost nothing.

Yeah, I'd jump on that deal... You will have to let me know how they do, I'm most likely getting Coopers myself...

Looks like I'm going Saturday morning. Including the gas to drive there, I am saving about $100 compared to anything else local/ordered offline.

So, anyway, the tire issue aside, I need to either A. Find some non-fog bezels for my bumper and install them, or B. Fabricate a similar piece out of corrugated plastic(like the election signs)... I want the ZZP intake back on the car, my version sucks! But, at the same time, I don't wanna suck water either...

I did email Josh at OTTP... No response... I can't call out of state numbers, so that's a no-go... I was/could be going to buy a tuned PCM and the hydro-filter as a sort of package deal... I have a little cash to spend, and stuff needs to get done...
