My brother has an Aura with a damaged bumper; he found a bumper for an opel vectra while he was in The netherlands. Shipping and handling aside, would it be possible to throw a Vectra bumper on an Aura? My guess is that it probaby is, just don't know if it'll be a perfect fit or not. I don't know if it's just me or not but the vectra looks like it has a different shape where the bumper meets the lights.

Thoughts?

We decided that to get it. I don't see why it wouldn't work considering it's the same bumper they used on the concept Aura. Still has to be shipped; I'll keep you updated if anything worth touching my keyboard for happens.

 

Update: we got ahold of the supplier in England. They say none of their parts work with American cars, even if they're on the same platform. Kind of a downer.

 

Thats true and not true....Astra owners are bolting some Vauxhall and Opel parts onto Saturn Astra's.
