tranny jump

I have a 97 sc2 and when going from 1st to second it jumps and jerks for some reason why would it do this and how could i fix it.

does it seem like it like...hits 2nd really hard? mine does that, i just have to take er' easy towards the 1-2 shift.

my old tranny and my new one both did this. dont think its fixable. just take it easy man lol

its got to be it could be something electrical but dunno maybe take it to the dealer.
