Hi, I''m new to this forum and this is my first post. I have a new noise I can''t identify with a 2001 SC with 111,000 miles. Noise is in the engine compartment, on the air intake side and sounds like a low pitched engine vibration of some kind that only starts at 3000rpm and gets louder as rpm increase. This all started after the intake manifold was replaced by the dealer 30 days ago. Replacement method was to roll the engine forward.
I''ve taken the car back twice they say engine runs fine and have to live with the new noise because they can''t identify the source. Any help would be appreciated.

Check to see that all the motor mounts securly fastened. Obviously they didnt install something right.
