Speedometer isn't accurate
Hi fellow Saturn owners. I just purchased a 1996 SC2 and the speedometer reads about 10%-15% under the actual speed. The previous owner thinks that it was hit during a dashboard repair long ago and has been wrong ever since. BTW, I know that the 15" wheels are original.
Any thoughts on how this can be fixed? Does the speedometer have settings that I can change to correct this? Any help will be greatly appreciated. |

If the speedometer head has been damaged (pointer bent), you have to replace the head. Check eBay or your local wrecking yards ...

Maybe a bad vehicle speed sensor?
