I've owned more Saturn S-Series that I can count on both hands. Almost all have been lowered and I've tried just about every lowering spring on the market. Everything from Eibachs that lower it the least and Sprint Extremes which lower it the most. Never "tore up" anything. Currently I'm using the Sprint Extremes which give a 2.5 inch drop.
