Default Interior lights and taillights not working at all?!?!

I parked my Saturn at my buddy's house last night and when we went to leave to go out, the lights on the gauges were dimmed alot so my first thought was the dimmer switch. That wasn't it, so I ignored it and when I went to back out, all the interior lights went out. Then when we got to the commuter lot I was told that my taillights weren't working but the brake lights were. Its annoying because I had to use my phone's LED all night just to read the gauges. Please I need help! I think it may be a fuse but I don't know.

The obvious place to start is the fusebox. You've got one under the hood and another inside the car. I don't know which one has the fuse for either one, but you should be able to see from the cover where to start.

I'd look at the PARK fuse (10A) in the Underhood Junction Fuse Box (UJFB)

Went and got some fuses and looked at the PARK fuse, and you guys were right. Thats what it was and its replaced now so the lights are working again and it can legally drive at night lol. Thanks a lot guys, I really appreciate the help.

You've obviously got a short or bad ground somewhere. I'd take the fuse box loose first and look at the wiring under it just to make sure there are no frayed wires there first. Then I'd try checking the wires where they come thru the door and fender area. I've seen wires break inside the plastic housing that runs between the door and fender.

I wonder if he's got a faulty brake light switch?
