Instrument needles not lit.
What's the deal, it's all of them. the back lighting, etc; all work fine just the needles... any ideas?:o

Bulb out or broken solder joint? I don't really know.

think needles are lit by lights above and in front of the gauges. Maybe got jarred and broke a wire connection or solder trace/joint leading to those bulbs, or the ground could be lifted for the same reasons. No clue if they all share a common ground in the wiring harness but I can look it up if it comes down to it.
I would unfortunately suggest that you gingerly pull the cluster and first check the sockets for voltage. Could all just have blown at once, or, more likely, one blew without you noticing then the other 2 blew together. Hopefully that's all it is. _____ When you reassemble, put in all new bulbs while you're at it--the jarring fr removal and installation of the cluster will have likely stressed out some of the filaments |
