Much easier if you tell us exactly what parts you want to know interchange rather that listing everything.

For DOHC engines:

--Piston and rod sets interchange from 1991-2002.
--Heads, 1991-1999.5 and 1999.5-2002 interchange. 1991-1994, 1995, 1996-1999.5 and 1999.5-2002 are direct swaps. You can put a 1991-1994 head on a 1995-1999.5 DOHC if you use the Saturn EGR adaptor plate (part number 21006753). You can put a 1996-1999.5 head on a 1995, but you need to drill and tap a hole for the second temperature sensor. You cannot use a 1995-1999.5 head on a 1991-1994 DOHC because of EGR mounting differences.
--Blocks interchange 1991-1992 and 1993-2002.
--Cranks, 1991-1992 and 1993-2002
--Cams, 1991-1999.5 and 1999.5-2002
--Sway bars, 1991-2002
--Axles (CV half shafts) 1991-1993 with out ABS, 1991-1993 with ABS, 1994-1996 ALL, 1997-2002 ALL. Models with steel wheels had a dampener, models with aluminum wheels didnt.
--Springs, 1991-2002
--Transmissions, Manual (MP3) 1991-1997, 1998-2002, Automatic (MP7) 1991, 1992, 1993-1994, 1995-2001, 2002. These are transmission off a DOHC equipped car. Cars with SOHC engines used different transmsions are not compatable. They will bolt up, but not function with the cars PCM correctly.

As dumb as it sounds, have you checked your alignment yet? And yet another dumb suggestion before you start ripping it apart: Have you checked your motor mounts?

-It sounds like either alignment issue, missing wheel weight, motor mounts, wheel bearing....tie rod end,upper/lower ball joint. I do have a question for you-When you are driving and make a turn...Does the front end feel like it is jerking side to side?

I just replaced my passenger side mount and as soon as I pulled it off (cuz I thought it was torn and worn down) it fell apart in two pieces... You may want to take a good look at yours. And if your under your car, check to make sure your tie rod is flapping around or make sure you don't have a tear through your CV boot. That could be a major factor as well.

If the tie rod is flopping around, there more serious issues. Actually you couldnt drive the car.

By flapping around, I meant that it's still attached but that the joint on it has worn down so it's not offering any resistance. If you disconnect one side of it (be sure to make sure you're nearby to an alignment shop in case it does break in the process), you'll be able to tell immediately...
