OK -- that's cylinder #4. Could be misadjusted/worn/defective plug, bad plug wire, or bad coil pack

Run a compression test on the cylinder, and compare it to the rest of the engine

you are asking a question about the probability of something making more damage on a car taht has not run in 5 years, that I have not seen, have no idea what the basic condition is and I can neither hear, feel it or touch it and I actually have the tools to test those things with out gambling that if i drive it 10 miles I might lunch something expensive or unfixable.
Sorry, not my call. I can't help you.

Get some Marvel Mystery Oil and fill that cylinder with it and let it sit for a couple of days. With the spark plug out, crank it over to clear the cylinder and then check your plug for fire. If you've got fire, install the plug and start it up and drive it. Just for s*&ts and giggles. Maybe it's got stuck rings on the piston and no compression as previously mentioned. If that's the case, then the Marvel may free them up.

WRT to the compression tester -- you can usually rent one at AutoZone .......
