I have a 2000 sc1 3 door. I have alot of water on the floor. I have a sun roof that is not in use. What is wrong and how do I fix this.

 

Sunroof drain lines at each corner. One or more is clogged.

Please search the site for sunroof drain clogged, blocked etc. If I remember correctly, someone actually posted a picture of exactly where they are and where they run

 

I agree with derf 100% about the clogged drain tubes. If you have an air compressor and blow gun for it, I'd recommend you try blowing them out with about 100psi. If yours goes higher than mine, then use a higher pressure.
