1998 saturn sc2 - seatbelts not retracting

1998 saturn sc2 - seatbelts not retracting

The seat belts are not retracting and get caught in the door when i get out..

Can some one post how they fixed this issue..

Didn't. It is cheaper and more cost effective to purchase a new Caddilac coupe.

push the seat belt guide down (rotate towards the floor).
As the belts wear, the edges get frayed and hang up in the guide.

Or do you mean they are completely not retracting at ALL
