What are the chances someone (hopefully close to me) has a climate control system? They def/vent/floor control slide arm snapped off soon after getting this 4 years ago. I have kind of lived with it but there are times I would like full def. It's kinda stuck 3/4 of the way. Not sure what other years might work. Thanks.

Oh, man. It gets cold there! I can't help you because I'm in Alabama. When it gets "cold" here, it doesn't last long.
