Dude , seeing that BEFORE you attempted to remove it, I think it's safe to safe....it aint never coming out w/out breaking off at the least. That said you have only 1 option in my mind. Drop the pan and drive it out from bottom with a punch turned down to .005 under size of the oem tube O.D. tap it out. Sorry there is nothing else other than the tab holding the tube in. If you try to drill it out from up top you'll still need to drop the pan to get the junk out.......sucks but that's about it IMHO.

Over the mountain again to cover another service area shop for the week. Really would rather be home each night. Only 100 miles from home. Finally got the Town and Country transmission back together. I am going to reseal the 3.8L engine before the trans goes back in. The van is all wheel drive so I want to tidy up everything before all that stuff goes back in. It has had an evap code for a while plus this has been the biggest bleeder I have ever had. Everything leaked on this van since ai bought it in 17. I got the trans sealed up pretty good until the planetaries exploded just shy of 200K. This is my first 604 AKA 41AE since it is awd. Different from what I am used to, all clutches no bands or sprags. I am going to reseal the engine and replace the cv boots. I am also going to clamp all the evap hoses on reassembly. All of this stuff is crammed in under the hood. I need to buy two more tires for this van. My precious daughter drives like Mario Andretti. Funny how a van will tear up front tires. She drives like her mother. I, on the other hand drives like an old man.
