That's not so bad unc. You're just a few years older than I am. I bet living in the land of sun keeps the shiny side up and all the parts working. If I can find a way to move out there it would do me a lot of good. The weather here stinks. I'll make it sooner or later. Housing sales are starting to improve. Maybe mine will sell.
