I need to check in more often but----
Life here has been pretty much disrupted. You all know Valerie has had her lung replaced? It is a medical procedure way beyond an aspirin and a band aid. And recovery is equally as complex despite efforts to make it seem straight forward.
As her care giver and partner it is difficult to understand her needs as she struggles to deal with both the medical issues of following the requirements of her medication which now is a life time procedure to some extent and her emotional needs as she deals with the complexity of almost dying and getting a second chance on life. Sort of what is is you would like to do if you did not have to spend your time dead.
This of course places hobby projects in a whole new category. I am trying to finish my Hornet which needs paint and interor trim and some mechanical work on the suspension and a custom grill. My Saturn sits in the driveway with my Spirit waiting to be driven. The Saturn needs a repaint and the Spirit needs some quality time with the Scan Tool to try to identify th hiccup it has developed. And I need some rest and my brain screwed on tightly. So I hope all is well with people and I check in when I can.
As to hobby parts, I know Derf has had problems with "Doorman parts, but I have had good luck with them, so far. Listen too those who have dealt with hthese cars, they are going to be hard to find parts for and some on smart enough to work on them to find problems at a reasonable cost.
O.k, the football game is about to start and I need to go make a meat sauce for the Taco's

Good to hear from you Unc. My wife has been dealing with severe health problems and nearly died back in December, but it's a long story and I don't want to get into it on a forum. Needless to say, she's recovering too, but very slowly and will be seeing a "shrink" to talk about the panic attacks she now suffers. I can empathize with you and will keep you and Valerie in our prayers. Just be there for her when she needs to talk. Projects can wait. Healing her spirit is more important.
