I've been thinking about this topic since I seen it here... I don't think I want a dash cam in my vehicle... Not that it wouldn't be nice for it to catch somebody else's stupid actions and save my skin(after the accident), but I'm afraid it would catch something dumb I may or may not have been doing... I'm only 21, and from time to time, I still play around with my vehicles, and it's fine because I live in a rural area, barely any police presence at all(I've seen two cops in five years while driving near home), and very little traffic compared to town... I don't wanna get pulled over, the cop notice my dash cam, and request to look at it, and find out that two miles ago, before I seen him, I was going 25 miles over the speed limit... However nice it would be to be able to record some of the local roads(awesome to drive on if you like the twisties)

while driving...it's like being distracted by holding a cell phone to your ear while driving, except it's on the dash and you get to navigate through multiple menus to do so.
