Terrible, terrible loss. I saw this earlier today and we had an extended moment of silence for him at the nationwide race today.

as my friend said - I have this image of Carroll Shelby meeting God and God saying "Your cars made a lot of people say my name over the years!"

 

His soul lives on

 

Sorry to see him go. He was just on TV about 3 weeks ago. One of the things they were talking about was how long he lived with the heart transplant. Great car guy.

 

He did build some awesome cars in his day. He will be missed.

 

No doubt .......... One Hell of a chicken farmer.
