It never ends.......

Post of the week from another forum I recently began moderating because nobody else has in the last 10 years. Cleaner set up than ours but four posts a month.
And most are similar to the attached.

I asked for "a bit more information." Like the YEAR and nature of the failure.

We'll see if they are up for the task.
