Does not turn over = not cranking rotating the engine?
some folks use different terminology.
Do the interior lights come on at all?
Might you have left a light on(glovebox, door ajar)?
Most likely cause is either the battery, corrosion or looseness between the battery terminals and the battery cables, or a poor/ corroded ground to the body from the negative battery cables.
Battery at rest should be approx 12.6 DC V.
Do you hear anything at all when turning the key to "crank" position?
Additionally, after doing the above, you may wish to check the fuse for the starter which is either in the underhood junction box or in the instrument panel junction box. The cover of each has the respective fuse layouts on the inside of the cover
