I also have a 95 sc2 that i would like to bore and build and turbo.
It's all custom from here. Forged internals, etc.....
Others have done it but it is a laborious process and will cost about $4500-$5000.
Independent Saturn dudes like us (there are a few) make and sell custom intakes, custom exhaust manifolds to accommodate turbos, make race cams for the DOHCs, get their own mandrel bent custom exhausts fabricated......
