Hi, can anyone tell me how good is the 4 speed automatic transmission? The (4T45-E) in the 2007 Ion ? Does it have ok reviews? I am 67 and retired, and disabled. I have a 2003 Saturn ion 3 with a bad transmission! I don't want to make that mistake again! Thanks guys!

A 4T45E will bolt in, but I would think the TCM and ECM would be mighty confused. Would probably have to get the ECM flashed.

Why is your S Series transmission question in the middle of someone else's new member thread?

If you can't be bothered to create your own Post in the right category then I don't think we can be bothered to answer.
