Ok I made it
I'm new to the forum thanks to Rj and sw2cam my neighbors. My Wife and I drive two Saturns. First is a 2007 ION3 sedan, and the later is a 2008 ASTRA 5door XR.
The Astra is my wifes and I drive the ION. Both are 5 speed manuals. Like all Astras it's a 1.8L and is to under powered for my drving. My ION has the 2.4L and has decent power. So I'm new to the neighborhood and new to the forum.

Thanks for the welcome Rube (I hope it's ok to call you Rube) I moved here at the beginning of the month. I work with Rj and met sw2cam because of him. Thats also how I found out about this site. sw2cam did let me know that I need to post or he will shut my account down, so I'm posting lol.

Yep, John, you can call me Rube. It's actually a nickname my second oldest brother stuck on me when I was about 10 years old. He's 15 years older than me, so I was just happy that he even spoke to me back then. Nowadays, not so much! LOL

Thank you Gentlemen thats a nice welcome, yes that includes you sw2cam. Good to know I can call you Rube, and I hope I can call that other guy Ocean.
I must let everyone know that I'm not a a big do-it-yourselfer. Yes I change my oil, filters, rotate tires, basic brake jobs and the like. I don't have the time, space, or tools to get into much more than that. No I don't see me buying any airtools. That means I'd need a compressor and I'm lucky to just get the cars in the garage. I'm a week younger than Rj and no way as old as sw2. I think he's 104.
