Long time Saturn Owner, new to forum
Hi all,
As Saturn is starting to vanish, and my wife and I hope to keep ours for a bit, thought I would join on here for questions in keeping our cars going.
Hers: 1995 SL2
Mine: 2002 LW300
Mine
Previous; 1997 SW2)
All bought brand new.
Wife's car may be the finest to ever roll off the assembly line. Doors still close 120+K miles later just like bank vaults!
My first Saturn, a wagon, had a few issues, and with increasing traffic in EVERY city, and more aggressive drivers everywhere, I wanted to be able to get out of the way quicker, so upgraded to an LW300. People meeting me would see my car and say "YOU drive a Wagon? Thought you were to "hip" for that, and you don''t have kids or a big dog. What's the deal?" My reply: "Needed room for guitars, amps, and video equipment", that generally satisfied them.
Anyway, my LW300 has a few more troubles than it should have, but overall I still enjoy it a lot.
Saturn did a great job at instilling loyalty, and I am sad they are being phased out. Dreading having to choose a new brand one day *sigh*. Anyway, hello to you all!

Yes, welcome. And the loyalty thing is understood by some of us anyway. I went and looked at a new Mustang today. It is a nice car. And a lot to like about it. Not the boss, sort of an emplyee version. It just does not come off as being worth $20,000 more than my Saturn, a 94 sl2 coupe complete with working sun roof since I went through it last year and got the cosmetics back to snuff and it continues to drive as nice as it does.
Welcome to the Saturn Forum, we have had a few SW2's around here along with one LW300.
