long time lurker first time posting
Hello,
I am Emily, I first found my love of Saturn with my dear old 1997 Saturn SL2. She was an amazing car drover from the time I was 20 - 26 I put well over 90,XXX on her and she didn't hiccup. She was Grandma Gold and never left me stranded. I loved everything about that car. So at 26 I had a big girl job and baught the car I wanted sense 20018 it was 2016 at this time ( I am little late) I found her at a knock off dealer 2008 Saturn Astra She only had 27,XXXX on it and I was in love. However so was a Jeep about a year after I bought her and totaled her by rear-ending her. My 1997 SL2 and 2008 Astra
So I knew I wanted another Astra I couldn't see myself driving anything else So searching and searching for one in my area to buy Is hard. after a week I found my Sally V 3.0 also known as the blue berry. She is an 2008 (duh) Astra XR 4 Door with panoramic sunroof heated cloth seat, the arm rest (but still only one front cup holder)
I love how she drives, how she feels. I cannot be more happy with my car. other then I have the stupid ABS/Speed Sensor issue -.-.
Much love

Bones,
You don't need no stinking badge in order for us to know that you are weird. It is a foregone conclusion. look at your posts. The evidence speaks for itself.
Plus I've met you more than once and you were weird every time.
Would have been nice if they had offered more of the fun configurations like in the UK.
But GM had long since decided to kill Saturn so the Astra was a placeholder until they closed the company.
That does not make it a bad car by definition. Just sayin

Yeah they totally coulda taken the Astra OPC and sold it here as an Astra Redline... woulda been really cool to see... I think those were LNF/F40 cars, a good natural progression from the LSJ/F35 Ion Redline
