If I can find a body control module from a car with the same options as mine, can I just swap it in without reprogramming?

 

Only had to do this with my old Saturn Vue back in the day. And I did have to program it.

Did it without the dealership and had to figure out a workaround. Hilariously, there is now a video of how to do this on Youtube (with my exact make and model).

Wish they would have had that when I was doing it. But you might be able to find something similar online.
