Good morning all. I am new to this forum. I have a 2002 L200 4 cylinder 2.2 liter i believe. My question this morning is if it has a timing belt or a timing chain. I have a little over 70k on it and if it has a belt i need to look into getting it replaced. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advanced.

 

That engine has a chain ............ change at 100k if you think you need it or not.

As punishment, when you have that chain out, you must Flagellate yourself with it!
